The AIxImpact community is a global network of nonprofit consultants who advise organizations on fundraising, strategy, and technology. We believe human-centered AI isn't optional. Our mission is to empower ethical AI adoption in the social sector through professional education, networking, and collaboration.
Founded in January 2025 by nonprofit veterans, we saw firsthand how nonprofits were being pushed to adopt AI without the time, context, or peer support to do it well. Consultants who advise multiple organizations are uniquely positioned to lead this work. They needed a community grounded in shared values.
That's why we created AIxImpact: a peer-led, equity-centered learning community committed to moving fast and with care.
We're a fiscally sponsored project of the Givinga Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Our growing community spans four continents and includes solo consultants, agency leads, fractional Chief Data Officers, capacity-builders, tool builders, and nonprofit staff leading AI work at their organizations.
AIxImpact is a proud signatory of the Pledge No Hate campaign and commits not to work with organizations on the Southern Poverty Law Center's Extremist Groups list.

Hugo is a nonprofit operations consultant who builds human-centered systems for organizations growing faster than their infrastructure. With 14 years inside organizations including Democracy Fund, TAG, and Groundwork Collaborative, Hugo has guided ops transitions, Salesforce migrations, and fiscal sponsorship exits for groups ranging from grassroots collectives to national organizations.
He is the founder of Flourish Collective and the creator of The Accidental Techie, a biweekly newsletter for the nonprofit professionals who become "the tech person" by accident and need practical tools that actually work.
